Comment : Justin Teng : Superpro Samui was a great place to stay, the staff were friendly, the rooms were nicely done and all for a low price.
One of the downsides were that it is a bit out of the way tucked behind some houses and a 20 min walk to Chaweng Beach. That said, it s only around 60 Baht by motorbike taxi from Chaweng (please do not rent out a scooter if you are inexperienced/not sensible etc.)
Inside the hotel sounds travel quite easily down the halls which can be a problem if you re trying to get some sleep and noisy or drunk people come back at odd times.
I didn t get a chance to try out the muay thai training but even just as a place to stay I would recommend Superpro for those who want a great value hotel. Date: 2009-01-09
Reserve : Excellent service.
Comment : Britino Milburn : Okay honestly this place is AMAZING! I was only supposed to stay for 3 days and then go off to other islands... but the staff here are super friendly, all speak very good english and just have such a positive vibe. You can train in the gym below, I tried the Mixed Martial Arts, but there is also Mui Thai(spelling?) Boxing... and if your not into either there are cardio machines and free weights and other machines. I could go on for ages, oh okay the only thing is you might want to rent a motorcycle, you should be able to get one for about 150 THB/day because Chewang beach is a short drive/or a solid walk. Definitely good times Thanks :) Date: 2008-06-25
Reserve : Booking was smooth, and even though I booked 1 hour before I arrived at Superpro they had my reservation and room all set up
