The servicepersonal didn t understand english. things we orderd were brought incorrectly or counted twice. when we wanted to talk about that they weren t cooperative and the result was that we ate at other restaurants. it wasn t the first time we were to thailand so we know that everything is not perfect but until this the personal was cooperativ everytime. we don t recommend this resort. Food was excellent (especially the home-made brown bread). Staff English could have been better but the friendliness could not. I d certainly recommend Full House for a good budget holiday. Reserve : no problems Comment : Nancy Marie Rogers : We enjoyed staying at the Free House: the beach is very nice, the area is quiet, the restaurant is quite good, and the rooms are very clean. We just got a fan room, and that was fine for us. The room was small (just enough to walk around the bed), but it s nice to have a safe in the room (no charge), plus the shower worked well and had hot water -- something one can t count on. We booked for two weeks more,so we stayed a total of three weeks.
Good for both familys, adults and backpackers. Good prices,good food with avarey of dishes, but we strongly recomend Thai food.
Nice people working there, werry helpful , and helped booking arangements.You live 10 steps from the water.Close to other places if you want to look around. It s an easy accomodation, but clean and friendly.We will go back. Date: 2010-03-30

to all the staff[friends] that made our stay fantasic we made friends for life. it was service with a smile coming from the heart, you have to stay in order to judge.
rooms are basic but it has what yu need.
the food was the best on the beach, and the restaurant was always busy.
the best noodle soup fresh thaifood. and the best pizza on the island.
its a nice family run hotel.
and we will return because we found a hotel that makes you feel good, and respects the guest.

C est âbimé par le climat tropical. Par contre, C est le plus chouette hotel de Bo Phut, La nourriture y est excellente et le personnel génial avec les enfants. Bungalow didn´t have mosquito shields in the windows, so we used the air condition although would have preferred fan and fresh air. Bungalows look better on the internet than they really are. Hammock on the terrace was not usable for adults. But we liked the unique bathroom.
The excellent food and service and the friendly athmosphere made us extend our stay although the room was not so good. Date: 2010-02-22

Reserve : Comment : Marius : There is no goal taking bungalow closer to the beach as there is restaurant between them and the beach and all the houses are situated next to each other. Bungalow interior was very basic although we booked higher class bungalow, so it was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless it was clean, bedsheets and towels as well, A/C worked very well. Shower flow was a bit too weak. Surrounding is very calm and relaxing, very good intelligent music at the restaurant, food was very tasty and the prices were not the highest in the area. Definitely thumbs up for the restaurant! Staff was OK, but could me more friendly. Date: 2010-01-03

We definately had the best pizza in the world. The restuarant was so good that we did not even venture away from there to any other eating place. Reserve : Sawadee you are a pleasure to deal with. We made all our own bookings through you and we were very nervous about our plans going wrong. We now know that booking through you guys is fail safe and thank you for taking the stress out of our trip. We will definitly be using you again. Comment : Holly Ferris : We asked for a hut with twin beds, it was more like a huge double as they were pushed together but this was not a problem. The hut was very small, only really room for the bed...however this was not really an inconvenience as me and my friend had packed light so didnt really need too much space. The bathroom was exellent. The hut was cleaned every day, new sheets and towels provided. There was a safe in the hut too which was very convenient. Great value for money!
The hut itself was just about 10 metres from the beach, which had designated seating and loungers etc. Couldn t really ask for more!
The restaurant/bar area was also really good. The food is reasonably priced, fresh and extremely tasty!
Must also give a mention to the staff. We had the most contact with a lady by the name of Tip. She was so helpful and friendly, we had to arrange different travel plans and excersions and she arranged all of this without a moments hesitation and all ran smoothly. All staff smiley and helpful.
All in all was an amazing experience. Would recommend this to everyone! Date: 2009-10-10

It is quite rare to find such affordable bungalows in Samui. Staff are friendly, accomodation clean and very close to the beach. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again. Date: 2009-09-02
