Rooms are smelly, mainly from old carpets.Housekeeping is bad had to ask for towels every day. Had to go to store room and help myself to toilet tissue. The room cleaning was careless. Location would depend on the intent of your visit to Thailand.
The Sky train is a short walk to get out of town to see some real sites and country side. If you go in the opposite direct you are in the city centre in 5 minutes. Coudn t ask for any more. Date: 2012-03-31

Вход в отель немного трудновато найти – спрятан среди других заведений, находящихся в этом здании. Комната была средней ценовой категории – слегка обшарпаны стены, мебель, шланг душа протекал очень сильно при заселении – но во время уборки персонал поменял сам на следующий день, мы про это ничего не говорили.
В номере была кровать, большой стол, телевизор, вид из окна (четвертый этаж) на многоярусную парковку в 10 метрах от окна. В номере есть сейф, но замок к нему с ключом (именно так, а не просто ключ) выдают на ресепшен. При заселении требуют залог 1000 бат, возвращают при выезде если не пользовался минибаром, телефонной связью и т.п.
Завтрак средний весьма, излишеств нет, сок не натуральный, проходит в холле гостиницы на 3 этаже.
В отеле было очень много индийцев, русских не встречал. В номере убирались хорошо. Видел много постояльцев, которые приводили с собой местных тайских девушек, видимо, пускают без проблем.
Плюсы отеля:
- хорошее расположение (Sukhumvit Road), рядом две станции BTS (Skytrain) и Benjasiri Park, найти и добрать без проблем
- доброжелательный персонал
- доступная цена
- в номере чайник, чай, кофе, кружки, вода.
Минусы:
- отель не новый
- скудный завтрак
- вид из окна
В будущем для коротких остановок воспользовался бы отелем, если никого со мной вместе, кто захочет более возвышенного. Date: 2012-01-02
Reserve : excellent Comment : Eric Browning-Larsen : Things got off to a bad start when I took a shower and water started spraying out everywhere from the shower cord and the faucet pulled off. It was clear that this had been a longstanding problem but had never been fixed until I complained and asked for a room change. The room change didn t happen but they did replace the cord. No fix for the faucet, however, so the repair budget must be tight. On check-out, they asked me about a couple of items from the mini-bar that were missing. I informed them that I didn t drink the apple juice or consume one of their chocolate bars--no need given nearby 7-11s with the same products at a quarter of the cost--but this seemed to create some accounting problems for them. The check-out process itself took over 20 nervewracking minutes since I needed to catch a taxi to the airport. Won t stay at this hotel again and won t recommend it to my friends. Date: 2011-11-28

Was upgraded from Superior to DeLuxe, however the downside was No hot water
Stayed three times in 3 weeks and still no Hot Water The Staff, Dining room people and Housemaids were all friendly and caring.Service was excellent,Breakfast and Dinner were Above average Only complaints were Construction late at night (next door ) and lack of hot water. Fun using Hot water kettle to heat Bath Water,

Reserve : Great! We were constantly surprised that everything we had arranged over the internet seemed to work. Comment : John Deknatel : We stayed at The Regency Park for 4 nights in September of 2007. The hotel is well located just off of Sukhumvit Rd on Soi 22. It is within walking distance to both the Skytrain and subway station and convenient to lots of nightlife and entertainment. Be sure to have all of your paperwork with you when you check in as the staff is usually completely confused. You will find either 5 people at tyhe front desk or none! The room is clean and comfortable and you get what you pay for. The breakfast offering is ample and the hours of operation convenient for most. Don t expect too much Thai hospitality though, we found that this was the only hotel we stayed in during this trip to Thailand (5 hotels during our month here) where the famous Thai smile was seldom evident. We opted for the Deluxe room, our friends for the less expensive superior room. Our friends room was identical to ours with the exception of the TV, theirs was a brand new Sony!! Yes I would probably stay there again because of its convenient location but I might also check out some of the other hotels that are close by and in the same price range. Date: 2007-09-25
Reserve : Sawadee.com is a first class booking service I would recommend to anyone making reservations in Thailand. Comment : Ralf Neumann : Good location near Sukhumvitroad, 10 mins to the BTS Station Nana. Hotelstaff is friendly, I booked a Deluxe Room and I m not sure it was a only Standard Room. Breakfast is nice and good. Bad: I had to pay additional Bath 600 each night for my friend (not a bargirl). Totaly 2850.00 is very expensive ... but over all ... the Hotel is OK! I will book again! Comment : Jean Paul Guerard : a very comfortable, clean hotel - good value for money.The pool is very small - we didn t bother to use it - but the rooms are a good size, breakfast buffet good, staff helpful.We also had a very decent evening meal in the restaurant: they have a basic western menu at 125bht including drink.We have stayed there before and would go there again.
